DRY PEEL LAMINATION 

Delivery Appeal

Our Dry Peel lamination technology is a great way to transport important documents to your customers and suppliers. Perfect for sending and protecting your membership and club cards, credit cards, mail shot documents and general product labelling all benefit from our dry peel technology.

  • A multi-functional delivery system system for the standard credit-card-sized loyalty and membership card markets.

  • A laminate of two 12 micron polyester films held together with a dry peel adhesive incorporating an easy finger lift.

  • Finger lift channels are incorporated into the dry peel adhesive to provide either a two-across long-edge-leading card format or a three-across short-edge-leading format.

  • Cards can easily be removed from the letter or other carrying media by use of the finger lift feature with the dry peel adhesive layer

  • On either side of the dry peel is a high clarity pressure sensitive adhesive protected by a siliconised removable web. 

How It Works:

Ryco's Dry Peel laminate is supplied with the one siliconised web which should be removed and replaced in-line with your chosen card-stock. Die-cutting is then carried our through your card-stock and the remaining stricture as a laminated system for insertion into your chosen media (letter magazine etc.)

Both card and the carrying media retain a 12 micron polyester protection film adhered to their surfaces as shown below.​

The 12 micron polyester film may be used to protect data or facilities printed on the underside of the card (such as a bar code or important reference) or purely to enhance the visual presentation of the text.

The 12 micron film remaining on the carrying media can be used to protect information on the carrying media whcih is revela when the card is removed. 

The Polyester surface on the card may be written on in ball-point pen.
